An 8-story hotel tower with 106 keys, designed as an addition to the existing casino building. The new construction area is approximately 90,000 square feet. The first floor includes amenities (lobby bar, lounge, meeting rooms) and second floor includes a white box for future built out; the rest of the building are hotel keys. My role in this project was the production support during the DD and CD phase. Project is currently in the construction phase. I worked on it at KOO Architecture.
