An 8-story hotel tower with 106 keys, designed as an addition to the existing casino building. The new construction area is approximately 90,000 square feet. The first floor includes amenities (lobby bar, lounge, meeting rooms) and second floor includes a white box for future built out; the rest of the building are hotel keys. My role in this project was limited to the production support during the DD and CD phase; building roof plans, details, and various enclosure components drawings and details such as canopies, pergolas, etc. The CD phase of the project has been completed – I worked on it while at KOO Architecture.
