Interior renovation of an existing 7-story, 101-unit residential tower. Renovations included interior refresh, new kitchens, bathrooms, HVAC systems modernizations, and electrical service upgrade. I managed all phases of the project, from surveying, to construction documents production and submitting the permit forms. Project completed while at BLDG Projects.
