A 13-story, 700,000 SF mixed use development located at Michigan City, Indiana. Includes 176 condominium units, 18 townhomes, and 235 hotel keys, and a 3-story structure parking garage with amenities deck on top in the center of the development. My role consisted of helping to develop and design condo plans in residential towers, as well as the production and design work for the hotel tower and its components.
