Renovation and deconversion of a classic Chicago greystone two-flat into a single-family residence. Scope of work included full gut rehab and redesign of the interior. My role included all phases of the project – surveying existing conditions, design and production, client and general contractor communication, construction documents, and submission of the permit forms.
