Exterior and interior renovation of a single family residence in Hinsdale, IL. Scope of work included interior reconfiguration, MEP systems upgrade, new exterior cladding, and addition of a porch. I was the point of contact for the client and managed all phases of the project, from surveying, to construction documents production and submitting the permit forms.
