Interior renovation of an existing 3-story, 42-unit residential brick building. Renovations included interior reconfigurations, HVAC systems modernizations, electrical service upgrade, and new porches. I managed all phases of the project, from surveying, to construction documents production and submitting the permit drawings and forms. Project completed while at BLDG Projects.
