Interior and exterior renovation of a three-story mixed-use building. The ground floor was converted from retail to a photography studio, while the upper floors remained residential. The scope included full interior reconfiguration, systems upgrades, and a complete teardown and rebuild of the front masonry elevation. I was involved with all phases of the project, including surveying existing conditions, design, construction documentation, and overseeing construction (site visits and field reports).
